Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate, located in Delhi, India. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting senior attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing case materials, and representing clients in court. Additionally, the Junior Advocate will attend client meetings, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with legal procedures. The role offers opportunities to work on a diverse range of legal cases and gain valuable experience in the field.

Qualifications

  • Legal research, legal drafting, and case preparation skills
  • Experience with civil law, criminal law, and family law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in court appearances and client representation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
  • Membership with the Bar Council of Delhi
