Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SAP CRM Functional Consultant located in Hyderabad. The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring and customizing SAP CRM modules, and providing technical expertise in middleware integration. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver consulting services and ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP CRM solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM and SAP CRM Technical skills
  • Knowledge of Middleware integration
  • Consulting skills and experience in delivering implementation services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
