Job Purpose
To do risk evaluation, understand and execute timely validations of Product configuration & test calling artefacts for all products, projects and existing product changes. Ensure that the changes in the system and processes are as per approved business case and requirements with no impact to revenue, customer experience and regulatory implications. Perform regular analysis of the usage and revenue, to identify anomalies that need intervention and highlight appropriately.
Key Result
Areas/Accountabilities
To understand the proposed product configuration in various systems and processes and perform risk evaluation for impact on revenues, customer experience and regulatory compliances. Make necessary recommendations for configuration level changes, reports and process changes to mitigate any risk identified. To check proposed product configuration are dully approved as per DOA Plan the RA validation approach and design the test scenarios that will be required. Explain the RA test scenarios and get the testing executed by CS UAT PF Team. Perform validation of the configuration changes and test scenarios and release go / no go decisions for the change implementation within the agreed TAT. Support and recommend solutions while doing trouble shooting related to the changes. Build and maintain a strong partnership and communication with cross functional teams for seamless implementation. Ensure compliance to RA processes & MIS for change management. Post product live, monitoring of activation, charging analysis and revenue trend for the new products and evaluation as per approved business case.Core Competencies,

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom Analytical skills & eye for detail Good System and product knowledge for Telecom Inter personal skills and good communication Team playerMust have technical / professional qualifications
Graduate (Engineer / IT or other streams) with an MBA/CA/ICWAI add on.
