Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Required: 7+ Years Location: PAN India- Hybrid Job Type: Full time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations, and a proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews with junior developers. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization efforts. Manage deployment activities across sandboxes and production environments using CI/CD tools. Provide level 3 support for escalated issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Admins, QA, and Project Managers. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend improvements accordingly. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex , LWC , Visualforce , SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce APIs . Experience in Salesforce configuration including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flows. Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits. Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and VS Code. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
