Delvens is looking for an SEO Executive (Fresher) who will assist in optimizing the website’s content and structure to increase visibility and improve search engine rankings. You will learn and apply best practices for on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. This role will help you develop your skills in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing.


Requirement

  • Qualification: BCA, BBA (Marketing)
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year only
  • Number of Vacancies: 2
  • Location: Pune (Onsite)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Eagerness to Learn : A passion for learning and adapting to new SEO practices and digital marketing trends.
  • Good Communication

 

Job Description

Keyword Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords.
  • Analyze competitors to identify opportunities for content and keyword strategies.

 

On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation and website architecture.

 

Off-Page Optimization:

  • Aim to improve a website's search engine ranking by building authority and reputation
  • Link building, encouraging branded searches, and increasing engagement and shares on social media

 

Content Development and Optimization:

Optimize existing content for search engines to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.

 

Technical SEO:

  • Conduct technical audits to identify and fix issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and structured data.
  • Ensure the website is fully optimized for search engine indexing and crawling.


Link Building:

  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Perform outreach to relevant websites and industry influencers to build relationships and promote content.

 

Local SEO:

  • Optimize Google My Business listings and manage local citations for improved local search visibility.
  • Implement strategies to generate positive reviews and enhance local search performance.


Social Media Marketing:

  • Candidate Should have Knowledge about Social Media Platforms Like (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X)

 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and another SEO software.
  • Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
  • Continuously test and refine SEO strategies to achieve optimal results.
