Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. As an integral part of the marketing team, you will collaborate across departments to align SEO strategies with broader organizational goals.


Responsibilities


• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and align content with target audiences.

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to resolve issues affecting website performance.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

• Create and optimize meta tags, alt tags, and other HTML elements to enhance content visibility in search engines.

• Develop and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve referral traffic.

• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and apply them to strategies.

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both users and search engines.

• Support broader marketing campaigns by integrating SEO strategies with paid media and social media initiatives.

• Identify and propose opportunities for new content creation, website improvements, and strategic growth.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including website architecture, crawlability, and indexing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

• Experience in content marketing, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush) are a plus.
