Job DescriptionStart your career with Miratech’s first paid Recruiting Researcher Internship, beginning December 1, 2025 — a fully remote, hands-on, 2-month program designed to equip you with core sourcing and recruitment skills through real project experience alongside our award-winning global talent team. You’ll receive a certificate upon successful completion , and top performers will have the opportunity to be hired at Miratech . Throughout the program, you’ll also have the chance to meet Miratech professionals from different departments who will share insights about their roles, projects, and career paths — helping you see how recruiting supports global business success. Training Program Highlights Module 1: Introduction & Onboarding — company, tools, sourcing fundamentals Module 2: IT Roles & Technologies — domains, titles, skills, and tools Module 3: Core Sourcing Skills — LinkedIn, Boolean, candidate pipelines Module 4: Advanced Search & Messaging — X-ray search, outreach, market research Module 5: Practical Projects — shadowing recruiters and live sourcing Module 6: Independent Work & Final Evaluation — end-to-end sourcing, reporting, certification QualificationsParticipate in a structured (1-2 month) training program focused on IT talent sourcing, tools, and recruitment processes. Learn and apply Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, and alternative sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates. Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and regularly update progress with mentors. Draft and personalize outreach messages to candidates using provided templates and communication guidelines. Conduct market and role-based research to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies for different technologies. Complete weekly practical tasks, participate in review sessions, and integrate feedback from experienced recruiters. Collaborate with Miratech recruiters during the practical phase by supporting live hiring projects and delivering shortlists of candidates. Requirements Genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Sourcing, with motivation to build a career in this area. Strong written and spoken English, confident in communication with global teams and candidates. Analytical and research-oriented mindset, able to identify and assess potential candidates using various sourcing tools. Basic understanding of LinkedIn, job boards, or Boolean search; prior exposure to recruitment or sourcing is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately in candidate databases. Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn new sourcing techniques. Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment. Nice to have: Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM/ATS systems, or reporting tools. Familiarity with business correspondence, data management, or candidate/customer communication is an advantage.
