Job Title: HR Associate Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Onsite) Experience Required: 0-1 yearsJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an IT Talent Acquisition Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to start or build their career in recruitment. You’ll support the end-to-end hiring process for IT roles across the organization and work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. Support recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g., job postings, social media updates, and career fairs). Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation. Coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed. Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship or freelance experience counts). Interest in or exposure to IT/technical recruitment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
