REPORTING TO : VP – Sales & BD

EXPERIENCE : > 5 Years


SUMMARY

We are seeking a sales leader to drive revenue and growth for Algonomy’s portfolio of Marketing solutions in APAC MEA.

Primary Product portfolio includes Active Content and Digital Experience Personalization Solutions


BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES :


  1. Qualify Prospects
  • Qualify the prospect in two to three meetings. Co create need & requirements document with client as an outcome of qualification.
  1. Solutioning and Client engagement
  • Lead client demos, product presentations, use case discussions, ROI conversations and standard implementation process.
  • Note: Technical architecture , Customized demos and product trials will be managed by the Sales Engineering team.
  1. Closure Process
  2. Co Create SoW with Client and Professional services team
  3. Own the closure of legal contract e.g. SaaS, MSA
  4. Own all commercial negotiations
  5. Sales Process
  6. Adopt and implement sales best practices for consistent funnel progress, such as achieving an Algonomy deal score of 75 or higher.
  7. Accurate Forecasting by updated CRM(Salesforce) diligently.


Key metrics for this role (first 12 months)

  1. Order Booking: USD 500 K – 1 million
  2. Conversion rate: 20% to 25%
  3. Sales Cycle: 3-4 months


ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:

  1. Proven experience of min 2 years in selling SaaS marketing solutions, e.g. e-commerce personalization platforms (preferred), Customer Data platforms, Marketing Automation, email personalization, etc.
  2. Prior experience of independently handling product presentation, product demo and solutioning
  3. Prior experience in two of three regions (SEA, MEA, India)
  4. Hunter & Husting mindset
  5. Open to travel as needed
  6. Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form.
  7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  8. Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
