What you’ll be doing

1. Leads on continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
2. Drives the analysis of data related to historical and current processes and future performance of the BT Group and performs analysis utilising appropriate financial and business concepts and techniques.
3. Mentors other Business Analysis professionals, helping to improve the team's abilities by acting as a technical resource.
4. Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in Business Analysis.
5. Supports goals aimed at streamlining and improving internal and external reporting and presenting information effectively to senior and executive management and global teams.
6. Manages the implementation of the development strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities and drives implementation of end-to-end analytical solutions.
7. Assesses key metrics and analytics that will allow management to clearly understand outcomes achieved against expectations, delivering insightful analysis and recommendations to optimise results.
8. Assesses business processes in order to identify and address both operational and financial risks, as well as bottlenecks.
9. Conducts complex analysis of business needs and solutions supporting leadership in the development of strategies, facilitates stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
10. Assesses data and performs regressions and other statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
