QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the power sector, renewable energy, and/ or distribution sector post post-graduation or 9 years with graduation.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :Adept in the power and renewable energy sector, with adequate knowledge of the upcoming energy technologies and areas like green hydrogen, BESS, role of critical resource minerals to name a few.Strong business development skills with a well-established industry network.Excellent project management capabilities, organizational and general “people skills”Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Ability to interact effectively with internal RTI business units, external clients and stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.Excellent verbal or spoken and written communication skills in English and other regional languagesAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to travel as needed for client interaction and project delivery.Culturally sensitive and respectful.
