Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing customers and generate new referral leads for a particular Experience Center (EC).- Interact with new referred customers and qualify them as prospective customers.- Drive input efforts for referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement.- Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.- Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.- Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the EC.- Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in generating referral business.- Strong ability to influence people to get work done.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
