  • Provide direction to our social media and advertising agency partners.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and innovative channels.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives, including community-building events, webinars, and content that speaks to the core mission of the brand.
  • Create and optimize content for blogs, website, and newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience preferred as a digital marketing specialist or similar role in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business.
  • Knowledge of any design tool (like Canva, Photoshop) to create content for social media.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, digital marketing tools, and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to propose innovative ideas.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
