Job Description:The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience and a strong technical knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site migrations, etc. They will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing effective SEO strategies that drive organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for client websites (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
- Conduct detailed technical audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
- Identify content opportunities through keyword research and competitor gap analysis.
- Optimize web pages, blogs, landing pages, and site architecture for better crawlability and user experience.
- Manage backlink acquisition strategies through ethical link-building and digital PR outreach.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, rankings, and campaign performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry shifts to ensure our strategies remain top-notch.
- Work closely with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey strategy and results clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GTmetrix.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics and CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
