Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Revenue Management Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our international hotel clients, providing data-driven insights to optimize revenue and distribution channels. If you have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the analysis and implementation of revenue management strategies for international hotel clients
  • Monitor and adjust room rates based on demand, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Support the e-distribution process by managing hotel inventory across various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
  • Collaborate with hotel partners on revenue and pricing-related inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room)
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and hotel market performance

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a revenue management, front office, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue management principles and front office terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Laptop and smart phone
  • Work in international time-zones
  • 6 days work week


Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with revenue management software and property management systems (PMS) or RMS will be a plus 
  • Familiarity with e-distribution and OTA platforms
  • MS Office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
