
Business Development Executive for Appointment Setter

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter )
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients, leads, or referrals to schedule appointments.
- Handle inbound calls from patients seeking to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Confirm patient demographics and insurance information prior to scheduling.
- Coordinate appointments based on provider availability, specialty, location, and patient preferences.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records in the scheduling system or EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment preparation, insurance coverage, and follow-up requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, clinical teams, and customer service to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and scheduling targets.
