Job Title: Business Development Executive (Appointment Setter )

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to patients, leads, or referrals to schedule appointments.
  • Handle inbound calls from patients seeking to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
  • Confirm patient demographics and insurance information prior to scheduling.
  • Coordinate appointments based on provider availability, specialty, location, and patient preferences.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records in the scheduling system or EMR (Electronic Medical Record).
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointment preparation, insurance coverage, and follow-up requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, clinical teams, and customer service to ensure seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and scheduling targets.
