The ideal candidate will be responsible for
inventory management, store operations, and team leadership
. You will ensure smooth material flow, maintain accurate stock records, and support production and quality requirements. The ideal candidate will lead these efforts with an
organized and process-driven attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    inward and outward movement
    of materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain
    accurate inventory records
    , conduct stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement
    FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices
    .
  • Coordinate with
    production, purchase, and quality teams
    to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Lead, train, and assess store staff for productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain
    orderly and safe store environment
    .

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of store or warehouse management experience,
    preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
