About the position
University Collaboration Specialist
The University Collaboration Specialist plays a pivotal role in fostering collaborations between o9 and academic institutions to enhance education and knowledge exchange in the field of Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires a strong background in SCM, corporate training, and curriculum development, as well as the ability to coordinate with universities, create effective curriculum plans, and provide training to staff and students.
What you’ll do for us…
Collaboration with University Academic Staff:
- Engage with the o9 Academy team and academic staff from various universities to understand their digital supply chain courses and their specific requirements.
Curriculum Development:
- Work closely with the o9 Academy team and the universities to analyze our digital content and create curriculum plans tailored to meet the needs of university students, ensuring a balance between live virtual sessions and self-study materials.- Help in setting up practice environments for exercises- Coordination with Universities:- Manage the registration process, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for students and university partners.- Chat Session Management:- Facilitate chat sessions, Q&A, and discussions to support students and ensure they receive timely assistance.- Office Hours:- Conduct regular office hours to provide one-on-one support and guidance to students and university staff.
Training Delivery:
- Offer training sessions to students and staff in the areas of Supply Chain Management and o9 software, tailoring content to their needs.- Develop and deliver training content that aligns with sales and presales strategies in the SCM domain, helping students gain practical knowledge of the industry.
Feedback Collection:
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and university partners to continually improve the curriculum and training programs.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Supply Chain Management, and share this knowledge with the academic community.
What you’ll have…
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.- 10+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain Management. Customer/Sales/Pre-sales Training, Curriculum Development, Consulting, type of roles in the Supply chain area are highly desirable- Strong knowledge of o9 software or similar SCM solutions.- Experience in corporate training, curriculum development, or a related educational role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Project management skills to coordinate collaborations with multiple universities.- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and educational needs.- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
