Job Title: Sales Intern – Business Development (0–1 Year)

Location:
Sector 48, JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon (On-site)

Compensation:
₹15,000 per month (fixed) + Incentives for the first 3 months, followed by Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Assist in delivering webinars to present program benefits to students and working professionals.
  • Work towards set sales goals and help the team exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Track leads, manage a pipeline, and ensure timely engagement with interested candidates.
  • Support the development of new approaches to improve student acquisition.
  • Adapt quickly to startup dynamics and contribute actively to business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High energy, motivated, and eager to build a sales career.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to meet targets.
  • Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.

What We Offer:

  • A stipend of ₹15,000 per month + incentives during the initial 3 months.
