As a Sales Manager at Silicon Signals, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:  


  • Business Development: Prospect for new clients in global markets, conduct market research, and generate leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, networking). 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely closure of deals. 
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition. 
  • Negotiation: Conduct successful negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions. 
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach sales team members to achieve their sales goals. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies. 
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and forecast sales performance. 


Qualifications:  


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or embedded systems industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. 
  • Strong understanding of the embedded systems market and industry trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented. 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to wostrark independently and as part of a team
