Job Overview
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales territory in Kerala, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and territory management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers and markets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new products.
- Stay updated on industry trends by attending conferences and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and territory management.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
