Overview The SalesforceDeveloper plays a critical role in the organizations Salesforceplatform responsible for designing implementing and maintainingscalable solutions to meet business needs. They work closely withstakeholders to understand requirements and develop customfunctionality integrations and configurations withinSalesforce.KeyResponsibilities
  • Design and developsolutions within Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce andLightning components.
  • Implement and integratethirdparty apps and APIs as needed for Salesforcecustomization.
  • Create and manage complexworkflow rules data validations and triggers to automate businessprocesses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders togather and analyze requirements for customdevelopment.
  • Perform code reviews testing anddebugging to ensure high quality and scalablesolutions.
  • Optimize Salesforce features andfunctionality to enhance user experience andproductivity.
  • Manage data migration andintegration processes between Salesforce and externalsystems.
  • Create and maintain documentation forconfigurations customizations andintegrations.
  • Provide technical support andexpertise to resolve issues and optimize systemperformance.
  • Stay updated with Salesforcereleases and leverage new features to drive continuousimprovements.
  • Participate in deploymentactivities and ensure smooth transition of changes to productionenvironment.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to align Salesforce solutions with overall businessstrategies.
  • Contribute to best practicesstandards and guidelines for Salesforcedevelopment.
  • Train and mentor junior developersor new team members on Salesforce bestpractices.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I andPlatform Developer II certifications.
  • Provenexperience in Salesforce development customization andintegration.
  • Strong proficiency in ApexVisualforce Lightning Components SOQL andSOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configurationincluding workflows validation rules and securitycontrols.
  • Handson experience with Salesforcedata management using Data Loader Data Import Wizard or similartools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practicesand design patterns for scalability andmaintainability.
  • Experience in implementing andintegrating thirdparty applications and APIs withinSalesforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot andoptimize performance issues in Salesforceenvironment.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with attention todetail.
  • Understanding of software developmentlifecycle and agile methodology.
  • Knowledge ofcontinuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processesfor Salesforce.
  • Ability to multitask prioritizeand manage work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to newtechnologies and evolving Salesforcecapabilities.
