Job Summary:

We are looking for askilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team inBangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding ofSalesforce development and customization along with a passion forbuilding scalable and efficient CRM solutions. This role involvescollaborating with crossfunctional teams to design develop andimplement Salesforce solutions that meet our businessneeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design develop and maintain custom Salesforceapplications using Apex Visualforce Lightning components and otherSalesforce technologies.
  • Customize andconfigure Salesforce platform to align with businessrequirements.
  • Develop and maintainintegrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST SOAPAPIs and middleware tools.
  • Create and manageSalesforce data models objects fields relationships andworkflows.
  • Perform Salesforce administrationtasks including user management security settings and datamanagement.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensurebest practices in Salesforce development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts project managers andother stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to juniordevelopers and other team members.
  • Stayupdated with the latest Salesforce features best practices andindustry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolveissues related to Salesforce applications andintegrations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • 46 years of handson experience withSalesforce development and administration.
  • Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning components andSalesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforcecustomization including objects fields workflows andvalidations.
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce data model security and sharing rules.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware solutions(e.g. MuleSoft Informatica).
  • Familiarity withSalesforce development lifecycle including sandbox management anddeployment strategies.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and debugging skills.
  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce CertifiedPlatform Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highlydesirable.
PreferredSkills:
  • Experience with SalesforceSales Cloud Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes forSalesforce (e.g. Jenkins Git).
  • Understandingof data migration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularReact) for developing Lightning Web Components.
