Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward, located in Ludhiana. The Steward will be responsible for daily tasks including providing excellent customer service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. The Steward will also ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and participate in training sessions to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Food & Beverage preparation and Food Service skills
  • Experience in training and development of service techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
