Job Summary:

Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The Junior Architect will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project managers. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to various stages of the architectural process.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.

Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on design concepts and project plans.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed drawings and models.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and project progress.

Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and materials into projects.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of design records.

Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

2-4 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related role.

Preferably graduated from NIT /NID or any reputed institute abroad

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of architectural principles, design standards, and building codes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Passion for sustainable and innovative design.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification process.
