Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Design Leadership: Spearhead the architectural design of high-rise and community-centric projects. Embrace regenerative solutions to set new standards for sustainable urban living. Take the lead in creating spaces that seamlessly integrate with natural environments, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functional utility.

• Collaborative Synthesis: Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, environmental scientists, and construction managers, to ensure holistic project success.

• Client and Community Engagement: Serve as an architectural advisor, aligning project goals with client visions and community needs, ensuring each project respects and enhances its local environment.

• Sustainability Champion: Promote and implement cutting-edge sustainable design practices, driving the adoption of technologies and methodologies that lead to regenerative and restorative outcomes.

• Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and achieving architectural excellence.

What We Seek:

• A strong portfolio showcasing projects that integrate sustainable, aesthetic, and functional elements. (Focus on high-rise developments)

• Proficiency in the latest architectural software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and environmental simulation software.
