Basic Information

Position Title Process Leader

Experience Level 8 to 10 years

Department - Finance

Location - Gurgaon

Position reports to - Finance Controller

Job Purpose

  • Supervising the teams processing monthly payroll, including Statutory compliances,
  • accounting and CTC reimbursements across the globe (including but not limited to UK, US,
  • Hong Kong, Canada, Australia, Dubai and India etc.)
  • Ensuring function is working properly. All required controls are in place and required details

are available as required

  • Co-ordination with HR and payroll vendors
  • Ensuring correct payroll, correct taxes, Timely payment and resolving queries
  • Managing escalations

Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Managing team of 3-4 members
  • All sub functions are working as desired / required
  • Recruitment of team members as required
  • Job rotation / allocation to manage planned / unplanned staff leaves
  • Plan for month end close, audits and job allocation according to same

Functional Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate payroll payments
  • Ensuring all required controls are in place and are being followed without any fail
  • Co-ordination with Treasury department to ensure availability of required funds
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Payroll taxes, withholdings, their payments and related filing and GL accounting
  • Participate in various meetings / calls for various projects
  • Guidance to team members / direct reports as required
