Location: Dubai We are looking for a Candidate from the Taj and Obroi Hotel Background Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Chef. The Senior Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent preparation of high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, and lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The role includes planning and executing diverse menus while preserving authenticity, controlling inventory, and monitoring food costs. We are looking for a Candidate from the Taj and Obroi Hotel Background Location: Dubai The candidate should be willing to relocate Qualifications Culinary skills in menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation Expertise in Rajasthani and North Indian Cuisine Proficiency in team leadership, staff training, and kitchen management Expertise in inventory control, vendor management, and cost optimization Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience in preparing and promoting traditional cuisine, especially Rajasthani or Indian food, is a plus Strong organizational and time-management abilities Professional culinary qualifications or certifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior culinary role
