Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with various project management tools and methodologies, coupled with a strong understanding of UI-UX principles. This role offers an opportunity to engage in diverse project management tasks. If you're passionate about project management and possess a flair for UI-UX, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

Project Planning: The project manager is responsible for creating project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for UI-UX design projects.

Team Coordination: Coordinating with UI-UX designers, developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively, including human resources, budget, and tools, to meet project requirements within the given constraints.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to project success and implementing strategies to mitigate them, such as resource constraints, technical challenges, or scope creep.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the UI-UX designs meet the specified quality standards and align with the client's expectations through thorough review and feedback processes.

Timeline Management: Monitoring project timelines closely to ensure that milestones are met and making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.

Budget Management: Keeping track of project expenses and ensuring that the project stays within budget by managing costs effectively and making informed decisions about resource allocation.

Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests, to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Encouraging a culture of learning and improvement within the team by identifying areas for process optimization, implementing best practices, and fostering innovation in UI-UX design processes.

Internship Details:- Internship tenure: 3-6 months.- Stipend : INR 20,000 - INR 23,000 based on experience- Opportunity for hands-on experience.- Possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in project management, either through internships, freelance work, etc.
