Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the education sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the overseas education industry.Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those commonly spoken in key target markets.
