What You'll Do:
✨ Client Growth Champion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for clients with personalized digital campaigns that boost their success.
✨ Digital Campaign Innovator: Work with clients to craft digital marketing strategies that deliver tangible results and push their business forward.
✨ Relationship Builder: Engage with clients through regular meetings, understanding their needs, and ensuring every interaction is a WOW moment.
✨ Problem Solver: Manage and resolve complex client queries, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams for quick solutions.
✨ Paid Media Pro: Use your expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads , and other digital channels to optimize campaigns and achieve impressive performance.
✨ Creative Strategist: Work closely with our in-house Strategy Team to bring innovative campaign ideas to life and keep clients ahead of the curve.
✨ Engagement Maestro: Organize client roadshows, events, and execute email marketing campaigns that strengthen client relationships and drive engagement.
Who You Are:
✅ Experienced : 2-5 years in Client Success , Digital Campaign Strategy , or similar roles. (Bonus for experience in social or live commerce )
✅ Digital Marketing Pro : Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads , and the ability to drive real ROI with data-driven campaign strategies.
✅ Team Leader : Managed small teams (2-3 members), with a knack for inspiring and guiding them to success.
✅ Communication Genius : Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’re a natural at presenting insights, building relationships, and delivering value to clients.
✅ Analytical Thinker : Strong with data and analytics, capable of monitoring campaign performance and making strategic adjustments.
✅ Sales Savvy : Experience in sales or business development? Even better You know how to spot growth opportunities and make clients excited about new possibilities.
