The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the EPC sector.
  • Analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead the proposal development process, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and ensure successful project handover to the execution team.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify potential partners and collaborators to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client communications, proposals, and contracts.
Essentials:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the EPC industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing and managing large-scale EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel as required.
