Job Overview


We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team at IT Path Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry. As a Sr. Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of web and mobile application development
  • Experience in lead generation and online bidding portals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate leads through market research, online bidding portals, and other channels
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with the development team to create project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth for the company
  • Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract signing
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
