Job Description :


We are seeking a highly experienced REACT Tech Lead to join our clients external-facing web development project. You will lead a team of REACT developers as part of an 8-person SCRUM team supporting the clients Marketing Department. The team will collaborate with other SCRUM teams working across India and will consist of 1 Drupal Tech Lead, 2 Drupal Developers, 3 REACT Developers, and 1 QA Engineer.


As the REACT Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the overall front-end architecture, leadership of your React team, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead a team of React developers in delivering user-friendly and high-performance web applications.


- Collaborate with other Tech Leads, developers, and QA engineers in a SCRUM team environment to deliver features on time.


- Drive the design and development of new features using ReactJS and related UI technologies.


- Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.


- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of client requirements.


- Work closely with the Drupal Tech Lead to ensure seamless integration of the frontend with backend systems.


- Maintain best practices for UI development, including performance optimization, security, and responsive design.


- Act as the primary point of contact with the client's Senior Manager of Engineering located in Bangalore.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


- 6+ years of experience in JavaScript and UI development.


- 3+ years of experience with ReactJS, including state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.), hooks, and component lifecycle.


- Proven experience as a Tech Lead leading small SCRUM development teams.


- Strong expertise in frontend architecture and design patterns.


- Experience with code reviews, pair programming, and implementing best practices for clean, maintainable code.


- Experience working closely with Drupal developers and backend teams is a must.


- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.


- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.


- Experience working in an Agile environment with SCRUM methodology.


Nice to Have :


- Experience with Drupal module development and site-building would be a plus.


- Experience in working with Marketing and external-facing web Information :


You will be part of a broader engineering effort, reporting to the client's Senior Manager of Engineering located in Bangalore.


This is a full-time onsite role in Bangalore.
