Summary:

Purpose of the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive for Client Servicing in our agency. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our integrated marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with both our internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key AccountabilitiesAct as the intermediary between clients and the agency, maintaining consistent communication.Execute diverse campaigns, spanning digital, ATL, and BTL domains.Engage with clients to grasp their needs and relay them to the team effectively.Collaborate with the team to ideate campaigns aligned with client briefs.Present campaign concepts and budgets to clients.Contribute insights to campaign and strategy development.Facilitate seamless communication within the agency team handling the account.Enhance campaign details while addressing client challenges.Showcase creative work to clients for approval or adjustments.Manage campaign budgets and expenses.Generate comprehensive reports for clients, covering campaigns and more.Monitor campaign efficacy, implementing optimization strategies as needed.Contribute to crafting pitches alongside the creative team.Assume responsibility for account success, quality of delivery, and client contentment.Collaborate within the account team as a key contributor.Foster enduring client relationships.

Professional Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.Proven experience in client servicing within a mainline agency or similar environment.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a problem-solving attitude.Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and industry best practices.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.Strong client-service orientation.Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
