The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the blending process of spirits, developing new product formulations, and ensuring quality control. The Senior Executive will also collaborate with the research and development team to innovate and enhance products, conduct sensory evaluations, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Qualifications3 to 5 years Experience in blending processes and quality controlSkills in new product formulation and developmentKnowledge of sensory evaluation techniquesUnderstanding of industry regulations and complianceStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related fieldExperience in the distillery or beverage industry is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team
