Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring business requirements are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project timelines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business users.
  • Define project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Use project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, progress reports, and updates to senior management.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Work with business analysts to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Ensure that all requirements are translated into actionable tasks for development teams.

Solution Delivery:

  • Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of D365 solutions.
  • Oversee data migration and system integration with other enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure the alignment of Dynamics 365 features with business processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide and support project teams in executing tasks efficiently.
  • Manage both internal and external resources, including third-party vendors.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.

Quality Assurance:

  • Define and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking costs against projections.
  • Ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or other modules).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and application customization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Project Management Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or CRM projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
