Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager for one of the Top QSR Restaurant located in Jaipur. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, implementing strategies for growth, and ensuring efficient business processes. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to meet company goals, conducting performance evaluations, and handling administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, operations management, and staff supervision
  • Skills in strategic planning, performance evaluation, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the digital marketing or design industry is preferred
  • Handle everything from A to Z in QSR Industry
