Position: General ManagerLocation: JaipurSalary Band : 16 -18 LPACompany : Our Client operates multiple reputed Hotels at various destinations in North India.Role Overview : As General Manager, you will be at the helm of this distinguished Heritage, Boutique, Resort Property, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of service, and upholding the hotel's legacy. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage a Hotel with 30 Rooms in Jaipur with rich Cultural Heritage. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in similar Boutique, Upscale Small Inventory Hotels/ Resorts and have 2-3 years of Unit Head experience preferably in Rajasthan.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.Lead and mentor team to maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality.Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.Ability to drive guest experience, revenue growth, and operational excellenceRelationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.Preferred Qualifications & Experience :IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.10-12 years experience in Boutique/Heritage/Resort HotelsHave past Hotel Manager/GM experience in Rajasthan.Have a stable tenure in past assignments.Confident of delivering ARRs around INR 15,000Good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
