The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Hyper-Personalization Testing and Targeting platforms, notably Adobe's Target. This role involves leveraging Adobe Target to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business growth.5 + years of a Adobe Target Experience and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies Minimum of 3-4 successful projects involving Adobe Target.Strong understanding of data analytics, segmentation, and marketing strategies.3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization effortsWorking experience in HTML, Java script and CSSAdobe Target on Web and App implementation experience desirableUnderstanding of AEM, Adobe Launch, and Target-related requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities Architect, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaignsAssess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.Monitor the effectiveness of digital Campaigns and iterate to yield higher ROI.Prepare and implement detailed project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and task owners.Accelerate implementation and achieve ROI on the Adobe Target investmentCommunicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategyProvide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to clientsArchitect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer s journeyOversee data privacy and compliance, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.Create and Manage the E2E Implementation architecture with very strong knowledge in Adobe AT architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns and custom business logicEngagement during requirements gatheringDesign review of AT solutions including integrationsGuidance of best practices for AT implementationsIdentify potential project risks and issuesSupport anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project delivery teamsCreating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer's environment, requirements, and financial resources.Ensure adherence to Bank's standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.Reviewing and contributing to the deployment activities and practicesContributing to overall technical solution and putting it to practiceStrategyResponsible for contributing to the organization's strategic objectives by applying specialized skills to deliver high-quality workBusinessResponsible for collaborating with squad members to deliver value-driven solutions that meet customer needs and business objectivesAccountable for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within their area of expertiseProvide domain expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving within the teamProcessesAdhere to established processes, methodologies, and best practices within the chapter and the organization.
