Collaborate with BI,tech, product, and risk teams.Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Publisher Managemento Build and manage affiliate/program partnershipso Negotiate commission structures and complianceo Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance Performance Marketing & UA Strategyo Plan and execute across affiliate, social, search, and displayo Own KPIs: installs, CPA, ROAS, LTV, fraudo Design/run A/B and multivariate tests Data Analyticso Analyze data via Apps Flyer, SQL, Tableauo Build automated dashboards and present insights Fraud Detection & Mitigationo Partner with fraud teams to fine-tune detectiono Identify & prevent click/install fraud patterns CrossFunctional Collaborationo Coordinate with BI, product, creative, tech, legalo Oversee campaign integration and roll-out Market Industry Insighto Stay up to date in gaming/gambling, affiliate, mobile attribution, and anti-fraudRequired Qualifications 3-5 years in growth marketing, UA, or affiliate management (mobile/gaming preferred) Proficient in AppsFlyer/ Protect360 Strong in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or equivalent BI tools Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks Negotiation, communication, and partner management skills Detail-oriented, metrics-driven, self-starter, high ownership Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in gaming/gambling verticals (e.g., rummy) Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Tune etc. Knowledge of MMPs ( Appsflyer), Tableau Basic scripting (SQL/Excel) for data tasksWhat We Offer Ownership of a key growth channel in a fast-growing app Cross-functional collaboration and career growth Competitive salary, flexible setup, bonuses
