Profile: BIM Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our team. The BIM Architect will play a key role in the design and implementation of building information models using industry-leading software. This role involves collaborating closely with project teams to develop comprehensive BIM strategies that enhance project efficiency and accuracy.


Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering


Experience: 01 to 03 years


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Create detailed BIM models using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate BIM into project workflows.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM processes throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction documentation and facilities management.
  • Review and analyze BIM data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to optimize project delivery.

 

Requirements:

  

  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, or similar role in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., IFC, COBie) and building regulations set.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Good to Have:

·        Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).

·        Experience with parametric design and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper).

·        Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation.
