Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the design process and developing detailed BIM models for a variety of prestigious projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the US, including residential, luxury resorts, and mixed-use developments.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers to develop and refine architectural models using Revit software.
  • Implement BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models, including building elements, finishes, and furniture.
  • Ensure model data is complete, coordinated, and meets BIM standards.
  • Conduct clash detection and participate in design coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
  • Generate high-quality construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, from the BIM model.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and software updates.
  • Contribute to the overall success of projects by meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BIM Architect or related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Revit software, including modeling, documentation, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Architectural & Interior design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and regulations (relevant to specific country/region is a plus).
  • Experience with other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus.


Good to Have:

  •  Experience with parametric design and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper).
