The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineering, QA, and business teams to validate data pipelines, ensure accuracy, and deliver insights that support critical healthcare decisions.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & InsightsWrite and optimize complex SQL queries for large and complex datasetsAnalyze and validate dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reportsIdentify data trends, anomalies, and root causes through deep-dive analysisData Quality & ValidationPerform data QA, validation, and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of reportingBuild automated SQL-based data quality checks to flag inconsistenciesMaintain validation procedures, data dictionaries, and QA documentationCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork cross-functionally with Data Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Business teamsParticipate in UAT, testing, and sign-off for new data sourceAdditional Requirements (SQA SQL / Data Engineering Background)6+ years of relevant experienceStrong expertise in Advanced SQLExperience with PySpark / PandasHands-on with Automation Testing & Data PipelinesFamiliarity with AWS and Jenkins CI/CDStrong background in Data Validation & Data Quality AssuranceImmediate joiners preferredExperience working in Healthcare Data Analytics is a major plusInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to:
