Job Description

We are searching for an engaged Sales Executive to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.


·       Calling to potential and existing customers to inform about the services

·       Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

·       Assess the needs and requirements of customer related to the research paper publication, research paper and thesis writing

·       Attend conferences and meetings

·       Negotiate/close deals

·       Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information

·       Pitch the services directly to the potential customers

·       Store and update the customer information in Zoho CRM

·       Working towards monthly or annual targets

Requirements

·       Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

·       Proficiency in English

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·       Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM software

·       Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·       Fast learner and passion for sales

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach


Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent degree
