Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Gurgaon Sector 44 Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring for technical roles across various functions. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across multiple departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations. Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds. Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports. Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives. Stay updated with hiring trends and market insights. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience working in recruitment agencies or corporate HR teams. Strong experience in recruiting for IT roles. Hands-on experience with sourcing tools(Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
