Role & responsibilities


• Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment such as: o Pumps o Reactors o Filter Press o Gear Boxes o Screw Feeders o Conveyors

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous plant operation.
    • Coordinate with the production team to plan maintenance schedules and minimize disruption.
    • Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
    • Ensure spare parts availability and manage inventory effectively.
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure maintenance activities comply with EHS standards.
  • Support in planning and executing equipment upgrades or modifications.

Preferred candidate profile


• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment used in chemical and roasting plants


• Hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance


• Problem-solving and analytical skills


• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and documentation


• Team coordination and communication skills
