Demand Generation Marketer

Drive our products' visibility, lead gen and success in the market as a key marketer.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to bring products to life and engage our audience through various channels.
Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive Lead generation strategies to build and expand sales pipeline focusing on US market or Western countries.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand building and demand generation using digital marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media and conferences.
- Analyze product, industry and customer research to understand persona, pain points and implement customer journey flow that impacts the product.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging, offers, and content for campaigns that resonate with key personas.
- Own lead qualification process and ensure effective lead handoff to sales team.
- Collaborate with sales team to align target accounts, sales goals, and campaign objectives ensuring effective pipeline handoff and conversion.
- Continuously optimize lead generation processes experimenting with new tactics, channels, and technologies to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency.
- Manage online assets including website, social media and all online properties/initiatives.
- Act as voice of customer to the company helping build product roadmap.
- 2-6 years prior demonstrable experience in product marketing/digital marketing strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies including cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing.
- Able to strategize and create content relevant to specific audience.
- Rapidly ramp up on new technologies self-directed operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership ability to lead initiatives through implementation.
- Track record of success in design and execution of cross functional projects.
- Good knowledge of English written and oral good communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills and ability to present concepts verbally.
