Reporting: Assistant Manager
Training will report to the Training Manager / Training Leader of the Account Job Purpose and
Role: To enable the business with delivering cutting-edge knowledge management practices to meet and exceed business goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities -
Develop and Implement knowledge management strategies to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization through knowledge audits and assessments
- Create and maintain a centralized repository of training materials, resources and best practices for easy access and utilization- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture, document and organize tacit knowledge into structured formats for training purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices related to knowledge management and training methodologies
- Provide guidance and support trainers and facilitators in utilizing knowledge management tools and techniques to enhance their training delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluation of knowledge management processes and systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate knowledge management principles into various training programs and initiatives across the organization
- Drive training related change management and compliance programs for the Account.
