About Our Client Our client is a is the world's most advanced metabolic fitness platform. By using glucose and other biomarkers, they are helping people improve their energy levels, lose fat and avoid metabolic disorders . Role We are looking for an experienced tax professional to manage Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory with exposure to global taxation across India, US, UK, and UAE. Key Responsibilities  Manage annual TP documentation (local files, Master File, CBCR, etc) with consultants and internal teams.  Monitor intercompany transactions (goods, services, intangibles, financing) to ensure arm’s length pricing.  Support TP audits, litigation, and certification.  Provide inputs on global tax matters – cross-border structuring, etc.  Support in TP audits & litigation, preparing responses and documentation for tax authorities. Qualifications  Chartered Accountant  5–10 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing & International Tax (preferably in manufacturing).  Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, Indian TP rules, and global tax practices.  Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
